The floating world

Which is the title of some famous Japanese book about merchants or something... but it's a nice image so I tried to paint it! I tried to paint it so that the Earth was hanging in the middle of blue nebulae that look like water... Doesn't really come out in the photo!

Again, the scanner is still making machine-gun clattering noises, so here's a photo of my latest painting-thing! When(if) the scanner is fixed or I get a new one, I'll make sure to edit this with a new picture!
